Our Expectations

  1. Let us know about any additional services you are interested in purchasing.
  2. We will email you a detailed explanation of what will happen during the shoot in order to fully prepare you.  Please send a photo of yourself prior to the shoot.
  3. Be courteous, if you need to cancel or reschedule let us know.  Call us if you are running late.  NO TEXT MESSAGES OR EMAILS!
  4. Payment in full prior to shoot.

Please arrive at scheduled time.  We will not be ready to start the session prior to your appointment slot.  Make sure you are on time because your shoot will begin exactly at your scheduled appointment time.  We do require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking.  If you need to reschedule or cancel your shoot please contact us 48 hours prior to your scheduled shoot time.  If you require a refund, allow up to 2 weeks for processing.  Failure to contact us 48 hours prior to your scheduled shoot time will void your voucher and/or payment.

None of our deals include sales tax and gratuity. While we appreciate gratuity we do not impose a gratuity fee. However, we have to collect state and local sales tax. You are expected to settle the balance prior to your shoot. We accept debit/credit cards, cash, and PayPal. Payment via debit/credit card or PayPal is subjected to PayPal’s transaction fees.
